Open this link https://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmaster

step 1: Signup on this website
step 2: via your google account
step 3: fill up all the details on page
step 4: don’t click on “I am an agency, not a site owner”
step 5 : now submit/save
step 6: you will redirect to new page after submission
step 7: Download BingSiteAuth.xml
( send it to me this file will upload onto server)
step 8 : i will uplaod it on to server
step 9: then you have to click on that verify link
step 10: all Done
